Beans
Burnt beans in a pressure cooker filling my kitchen with smoke thin smoke that smells like cannons loaded with haggis.
The heat was on and there was not enough water.
Now its time to scrub.

I can smell them down here in Oregon! So descriptive! (the photo helps, but the haggis really makes the olfactory senses come alive!)

I can relate - that happens a lot in my kitchen! We call them cooking disasters!
