Blank Page

Right now my wish
is to put my brain onto this paper
every thought,
idea,
fear,
and hope
For all the world to see.


But I can't find the words
they're lost in a phone call that will never come
a sunrise missed
and a long road to Texas.


So I'll settle for a blank page
because at least it has possibility.
